ESI’s Founder and President, Mark Dillon, is pleased to announce that Art Mohr, Jr. is joining the firm as Director of Business Development.

Art graduated from Michigan State University (MSU) and continues to be an avid MSU Football fan. Outside of work, he enjoys time with family, traveling, golf, photography, and flying his drone.  Art has extensive and broad business leadership experience in the environmental, renewable energy, and building materials sectors from his tenure at Carlisle Construction Materials, United Solar Ovonic, and Saint-Gobain.  Many in the environmental business know Art because of his leadership in the commercialization of the exposed geomembrane solar cover systems during his tenure at Carlisle. While at Carlisle, he headed the teams for system development, business strategy, and business development. He played a key role in bringing the technology to market through his customer and regulatory engagement. Art’s strong knowledge of lining systems and construction methods as well as his industry experience and well-established customer relationships will help ESI remain at the top of the environmental containment systems business.

Art will direct ESI’s strategic account initiative while pioneering new business markets for our company. According to Mark, “Art contributes considerable business strategy and development experience to the ESI team. He is well known in the industry, and we are excited for the opportunities that Art brings to us.”

Carolyn Johnson, our Business Development Manager since May 2010, will be promoted to National Sales Manager and placed in charge of all ESI sales nationwide. Carolyn has been very successful in both developing new business as well as maintaining ongoing relationships with our clients, making her an extremely valuable member of our team.

Carolyn and Art will jointly lead our sales force under the leadership of Ealon “Junior” Thompson, Vice President of Sales and Marketing. They will work together to develop new business and provide outstanding customer service to our existing clients.

The continued successes of both “Junior” and Carolyn combined with the addition of Art increases the prospect of growth tremendously. Our confidence in their ability to enhance our list of accomplishments creates a sense of enthusiasm for the future that is greater than ever. As a whole at ESI, we hope to not only uphold our position as a leader in the industry, but also to foster our reputation as a safe and dependable company and maintain our commitment to the protection of the environment as we continue to thrive.
