We know that Kentucky will be the center of the sports world in early May for the Kentucky Derby on May 5th. But shortly thereafter the World of Coal Ash (WOCA) Conference in Lexington is another reason to enjoy the great Bluegrass State. We can’t wait!
WOCA is a biennial conference organized by the American Coal Ash Association (ACAA) and the University of Kentucky Center for Applied Energy Research (CAER). The conference brings together industry professionals involved in the sustainability of coal combustion products. ESI serves this market through the supply of geosynthetic liner materials and their installation for purpose of coal combustion residual (CCR) containment. ESI also provides these geosynthetic materials and their installation, including HDPE piping systems, for other applications at fossil fuel generating facilities such as wastewater lagoons and impoundments.
